2. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Customized or altered items.
  • Items purchased on sale or during clearance events.
  • Damaged items caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • 15% will be deducted on account of administrative charges.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify your preferred replacement.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
